Vegas was awesome!

Jamie and I had a wonderful time in the city of lights. We arrived around 2PM on Saturday so we had the rest of the day and the evening to enjoy ouselves. We checked into the Las Vegas Hilton. They did not have the room ready, so we checked our bags and headed down to the strip and fat Tuesdays . We just walked around and enjoyed our refreshing beverage. We headed back to the room around 5PM. We took a 3 hour nap, then got up and went to dinner before hitting Studio 54 in the MGM Grand. We made it home sometime around 2AM on Sunday morning. It was a great start to the weekend.

We got up sometime on Sunday morning . We went to breakfast and then headed over to the Las Vegas Convention Center to set up the booth for the trade show I was working on Mon-Wed. We had it put up in an hour and the rest of the day was ours. we headed down to the strip and just hung out. We drank a few more fat Tuesdays and then met my business partner at the hotel. He lives in Pittsburgh PA and runs ours operation located there.

On Monday jamie and I got up and hung out by the pool. I did not have to go to the show until 3:30 in the afternoon, so we just hung out and enjoyed the down time. The only issue we had was me laying in the pool to long. I got really burnt on my chest! Ouch!

The rest of the week went by without a hitch. I went to the show during the day and Jamie hung out and did some sight seeing. We had a great time. The budget was limited but Jamie did do pretty well the last couple of day, winning a couple of $100 pots playing the slots. I lost a little playing craps but did not play a bunch as I was working and we had limited the play funds. I took some pictures while we were walking around the last evening before coming home. Some of them came out pretty cool. We got home around 3PM on Thursday. It was a nice trip and even better that it was paid for by the company. You can see all of the pictures here:
